Product Alerts Introduction From time to time, the Campaign is notified of situations where a packaged food item contains a common allergen that is not identified on the product's label. This could have arisen due to an error in labelling or a problem in the production process which resulted in a food ingredient ending up in a product which it is not supposed to be in. Such a situation poses a particular risk to anyone who has a potentially fatal food allergy to the particular allergen. Where the Campaign is notified of such a situation by a food manufacturer, the relevant details will be posted below until notice is received that the risk period has expired.
